I’m rearranging my living room and have temporarily setup my laptop close to a sofa-bed in the room. While setting up my speakers I had some music playing and figured it would be a nice if Windows Media Player 11.0 introduced a feature to allow for scheduling of a particular sound track to start playing at a pre-defined time.
As a temporary option I’ve setup a scheduled task to run something like:
wmplayer “C:\Documents and Settings\Leo\My Documents\My Music\Howie Day\2004. Stop All The World Now (SPECIAL EDITION VERSION) [Special Edition]3. Collide [Chris Lord-Alge Mix aka Radio Edit].wma”
Definitely not an option I’d recommend, but for now it does sound better than waking up to the blaring beeping sound.
