Four Windows Live announcements in the course of 24 hours – Windows Live Messenger Build 8.566, Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Expo and now Windows Live Mail Desktop. Microsoft is definitely on a roll. According to Lei Gong, Windows Live Mail Desktop will be an advertisement powered desktop mail client. Is it just me or is having to support and develop Outlook Express, Outlook and Windows Live Mail Desktop one too many? Either way, Windows Live Mail Desktop is supposed to include a host of new features including direct synchronization with your Windows Live Mail. Duh?
