It looks like Microsoft will have a day to introduce the world to some of its new technologies on January 20th, 2009 – i.e. President Elect Obama’s inauguration day.
According to a press release, Microsoft announced today that the presidential inauguration team has chosen Microsoft’s Silverlight browser extension application to play host for streamed online content of inaugural events for the Presidential Inauguration website.
In addition, CNN will be using Photosynth to help document the event through community photograph contributions on the CNN Special Moment site.
